1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted for eligible products within 10 business days of delivery. Products
must be unopened and unused, in original packaging, and within valid shelf life. Custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Temperature-sensitive products (requiring refrigeration or freezing), hazardous materials, and products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.

3. Return Authorization

All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Contact us at Info@atherisbio.org to request an RMA before shipping items back.

4. Inspection & Refunds

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Approved returns will be refunded to the
original payment method or replaced at our discretion. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

Report damaged or incorrect shipments within 5 business days of delivery. Provide photos and order details for faster resolution.
