1. Order Processing

 Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
 Standard processing time: 1–2 business days for in-stock items.
 Custom or made-to-order products may require additional lead time.

2. Shipping Methods

 We ship via trusted carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL) with options for standard,
expedited, and international delivery.
 Certain products require temperature-controlled packaging (cold chain). These will
ship with ice packs or dry ice as specified.

3. Shipping Costs

 Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and
service level.
 Additional fees may apply for hazardous materials or special handling.

4. Delivery Times

 Delivery estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
 Atheris Bio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our
control.

5. Risk of Loss

 Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
 Please inspect packages upon arrival and report any issues within 5 business days.

6. International Shipping

 Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import regulations.
 We comply with export control laws and may decline shipments to restricted
destinations.

7. Temperature-Sensitive Products

 Products requiring refrigeration or freezing will be shipped with cold packs or dry
ice.
 Customers must store products immediately upon receipt according to labeling.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

 Report damaged or lost shipments within 5 business days.
 We will assist with carrier claims and may replace or refund at our discretion.
